The McLean High School Athletic Boosters is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our mission is to provide financial support for McLean High School Athletic Programs. We raise money to benefit athletes, coaches and the facilities on which they practice & play. We provide support through parent volunteer fundraising activities and community business sponsorship/donations. Our goals are to promote positive community relations with parents, administration, faculty, students, alumni, and the greater McLean community to make our athletic programs the best they can be. We are a parent volunteer organization. We can only succeed in our mission with your support. We warmly invite you to join our team!

What is a Booster Club? The McLean Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports the student-athletes and the coaches for every sport at our high school. The Booster Clubs main sources of funding are through events, concessions, student-parent memberships, volunteers, local businesses and our corporate sponsors. The Booster Club provides financial support to purchase out of budget items that are beyond what the district budget provides. In addition to financial support, the McLean Booster Club promotes school spirit and a sense of McLean High School Community Pride. To achieve success each year, we need your support to help raise the money necessary to provide continued funding for all our teams.
If the Athletics Booster Club raises money, why do our individual teams have to fund-raise too? Each sport has it's own fundraising goals. The funds these teams raise goes directly to their sports program, for example, upgrading school issued pads for lacrosse or purchasing upgraded uniform items for the tennis team. The Booster money goes towards financing projects that have the potential to benefit all athletic programs. We focus on the big picture things that benefit all, like the recent scoreboard purchase and the McLean Weight Room.

Community Business Relations
Actively fund-raise for the additional need to benefit the McLean Athletic community as a whole - recently we have been responsible for purchasing the new scoreboard and the weight room renovation
Keep track of team funds and pay invoices for teams if team funds are available
Support school-wide events
Supplement funds to Athletic Director to cover operating expenses
Coordinate the sale of brick pavers and signage for the stadium
When does the Boosters Club Meet? We meet the second Wednesday of every month during the school year at 7:00 PM in the Library.
